"Do you recognize the body?," otherwise known as Abnormality 18, refers to a rare phenomenon in which the current session is interrupted by the map being replaced with a single flat field, one decid tree, and a hanging body on it, completely unidentifiable.
Abruptly after the session being interrupted, the console and chat are spammed by an unknown player saying "Do you recognize the body?" over and over again. Sometimes for short periods and othertimes until the clients computer crashed.
It is unknown the origins of the abnormality exactly, but it was widespread around 2009. Afterwards it seemingly stopped manifesting.
After effects are apparent with this abnormality, in which after people reported a growing sense of being watched or the feeling of death. It has been reported that one person from Newark, New Jersey had committed suicide days later after encountering the abnormality.
