Abnormality #0010, codenamed "Voice_Unknown," is an abnormality that is now confirmed to stem from a corrupted Garry's Mod addon. The abnormality manifests after the installation of an addon file typically labeled: immersive_voicepack_vFinal_1.bsp.
These addons are not available on the Steam Workshop, but instead appear in shared folders or server content packs - often mislabeled as unrelated voice packs or realism mods.
Upon installation, the addon injects non-catalogued voice lines into the game. The lines are played under specific conditions, often without any sound entities being present, and the sounds do not appear in the spawnmenu's sound browser.

"Now you know how it feels."
"They all left for a reason."
The abnormality was first discovered on October 9th, 2023, on a custom horror RP server that used bundled assets. Users began hearing voices that seemed to react dynamically to their behavior, even offline. Once installed, the addon persists across reinstalls, sometimes reappearing as unspecified.gma or with a blank name in the addon manager.
Attempts to unsubscribe or delete the addon may result in it reappearing after restarting the game. Steam will not show it in the subscribed items list. Footage exists, however we are unable to archive most of it.
